Australia

Standard delivery – you should receive your Lip Lip delivery within 2-10 working days from the placement of your order.

Overseas

International orders are dependent on the requested shipping destination. You should receive your order in approximately 10-14 working days from the day you placed it.

What is the status of my order?

If you would like to check on the status of your order please email us at lips@liplip.com.au quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you with your query. You will also be kept updated via email when your order has been dispatched.

 

Cancelling or changing your order

Lip Lip endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about the order you made and would like to cancel or change it, please email lips@liplip.com.au, quoting your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Incorrect orders

If you have received your order from Lip Lip and it is incorrect please email lips@liplip.com.au with your order number so that we can arrange to have your correct products sent to you.

At Lip Lip, we will replace any incorrect product with your chosen product within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the incorrect products you received.

Please note: We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered late, damaged or incorrect.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Refund and Exchange policy

Lip Lip will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have in the highly unlikely event, caused a skin reaction, within 10 days from the receipt of your order. Total value of the refund will equal the total cost of the goods purchased excluding freight. A refund will be made in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the products you have returned.

 

Damaged and Faulty Goods

Lip Lip will refund or replace faulty or damaged products within 10 days from the receipt of your order. A refund will be made in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the damaged/faulty products you have returned or an adequate photo has been viewed.

The information obtained from you is collected so that we can provide you with an up to date program of promotions/discounts that Lip Lip may be offering. This information will also help us to improve our products and our service to you.

The personal information that Lip Lip collects from you is strictly confidential. From time to time it will be necessary for Lip Lip to disclose this information to:

  • Any contractor Lip Lip arranges to provide mailing services;
  • Any contractor Lip Lip engages for web-hosting services;

Lip Lip will continue to review and be kept up to date on security standards but will not be held liable for any disclosure or manipulation of information from unauthorized 3rd parties.

Credit Card transactions are fulfilled through secure server data encryption with Paypal who works with authorized banks to complete your orders. This is done for your safety and to prevent others from accessing your financial information. You are the party solely responsible for the security of your Paypal login credentials.
